Although we are a huge fan of Frette, lately every time we buy new sheets they rip. They don’t tear right away, but little holes begin to appear at the seams, which become bigger holes, which then turn into rips. The process usually takes about 8-10 months, and consequently we are constantly replacing them.
After the fourth destroyed set, we’ve decided to move on and find a new brand. We became a huge fan of Matteo from our stays at Chateau Marmont and have decided to make the switch and begin using them in our own home. Matteo is a fantastic company out of Los Angeles.
